We start by listening to court administrators and staff. Together, we map the court’s necessary operational workflows, the people and relationships involved, the data they rely on, and where work breaks down.

We agree on practical priorities for connecting data and building useful actions, suggestions, and workflow automation on Palantir Foundry. Document handling is one workflow among many, not the boundary of the engagement. Scope and integration options are assessed with the court rather than assumed to be deployed.
