Your 7-day free trial includes full access to the entire CaseFlow platform—no feature limitations, no hidden restrictions. You'll be able to upload and process unlimited documents, configure workflows for your jurisdiction, and invite your team members to test the system alongside you. This isn't a demo or a sandbox environment; it's the real platform that you'll continue using after your trial ends.
No Credit Card Required
Unlike many SaaS products, we don't ask for payment information upfront. Your trial begins the moment you create your account, and you won't be charged unless you decide to upgrade. This means no surprise charges, no automatic renewals, and no need to remember to cancel if you decide CaseFlow isn't the right fit.
The Sign-Up Process
Creating your account takes approximately 2 minutes. You'll need a valid email address and basic information about your jurisdiction—that's it. Once you submit the form, you'll receive immediate access to your dashboard. There's no approval process, no waiting for sales calls, and no implementation timeline. You can start uploading documents and processing cases within minutes of signing up.
What Happens with Free Version
We recommend spending your trial period testing CaseFlow with real documents from your jurisdiction. Upload a variety of case types, test the AI classification accuracy, and configure any custom rules specific to your court or agency. Invite colleagues to test the platform from their perspective—clerks, attorneys, administrators—and gather feedback on how it fits into your existing workflows.
No Obligation
If you decide not to continue, your account will be inactive. You'll have 30 days to export any data or documents you uploaded during the trial. There are no penalties, no phone calls asking why you're leaving, and you're welcome to sign up again in the future if your needs change.
