What Happens After Your 7-Day Trial
Billing & Account
Your 7-day trial is designed to give you enough time to evaluate CaseFlow without pressure. Here's exactly what happens as your trial ends and how to continue if you decide CaseFlow is right for your jurisdiction.
Trial End Reminder
On day 5 of your trial (2 days before expiration), you'll receive an email reminder. The email includes:
Your trial end date and time
A link to add payment information
A summary of your usage during the trial (documents processed, users added, accuracy metrics)
Contact information if you have questions
This gives you time to make a decision and gather payment authorization if needed.
Day 8: Trial Expiration
If you haven't added payment information by the end of day 7, your account will be placed in a "read-only" state on day 8. You can still log in and view all your documents and cases, but you cannot:
Upload new documents
Edit case information
Invite new users
Process additional documents
This read-only period lasts for 30 days, giving you time to export data or add payment if you change your mind.
Adding Your P-Card
To continue with a paid subscription:
Log in to your CaseFlow account
Go to Settings > Billing
Click "Add Payment Method"
Enter your government procurement card (P-card) details
Confirm the $249/month subscription
Your account is immediately reactivated, and you'll continue right where you left off—no data loss, no interruption, no need to reconfigure anything.
What You Get for $249/Month
Your subscription includes:
Unlimited document processing (no per-page fees)
5 users (municipal courts) or 10 users (state courts)
All platform features (no tiered pricing or feature locks)
Email support with 24-hour response time
Automatic updates and new features
Data storage and backup
Security compliance (SOC 2, CJIS-ready)
No Long-Term Contract
Your subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees, no penalties, and no phone calls required.
Data Export
If you decide not to continue, you have 30 days to export your data. From Settings > Data Export, you can download:
All uploaded documents (original PDFs)
Extracted case data (CSV format)
User activity logs (CSV format)
Configuration settings (JSON format)
After 30 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted.
